We contact you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email only with your consent. We do not sell your data. Details may be shared with the developer only to arrange site visits or bookings you request.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads (Google tag AW-18539607243) for advertising measurement and optimization. Google may receive page URLs, IP address, browser and device information, cookies and advertising click identifiers. We do not send enquiry names, phone numbers, emails or cities to Google for customer matching. This base tag does not report completed enquiry submissions as conversions.

In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when location cannot be determined, the tag stays off until you accept advertising tracking. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you reject it or your browser signals an applicable opt-out. Rejecting does not prevent submitting an enquiry.

Your advertising choice, visitor identifier, time, detected country and the notice you saw are stored in this browser. Previous choices are retained when you withdraw. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice; withdrawal stops future tracking and refreshes the page if the tag was loaded. Blocked activity is not replayed. Clearing browser storage removes these records and may require choosing again. Existing Google cookies can also be removed using your browser settings.
